The Wilson Orlando

The Wilson Kitchen & Cocktails at Meliá Orlando Celebration features a menu of gourmet pizzas and burgers, fresh salads and wraps, crowd-pleasing appetizers, comfort food classics, and seasonal craft cocktails, beer, and wine. The Wilson’s 70-seat indoor dining room — with an additional 20 seats at the bar —welcomes travelers and locals to sit down, relax, enjoy a cocktail, and dive into some of the most delicious dishes in Orlando. The outside patio seats 70 as well, with an additional 16 seats at a whimsical open-air bar called Wilson’s Backyard, where brightly colored umbrellas seemingly float under Central Florida’s blue skies. The restaurant will also service the pool area, where guests can enjoy fresh food and beverages from any of the 120 poolside loungers.
