Frozen Nitrogen Ice Cream was founded by brother and sister Dean and Laura Rahme. Happily offering a better version of America’s favorite dessert, we’ve been serving the community of Orlando since 2017, quickly becoming the region’s favorite ice cream and dessert shop. Inspired by food science, and the reaction caused by the use of liquid nitrogen, our owners took the basic concept of adding liquid nitrogen to cream or yogurt-based products and mixed it up a little. We wanted to show people how awesome the creation part is. It’s simple — pick what you want, we'll mix it together, freeze it right then and there and, BOOM! totally original and delicious ice cream.
