The CARE Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)3, Exotic Animal Rescue and Wildlife Education Facility located in Apopka, Florida. We provide permanent homes to over 200 animals including big cats, bears, monkeys, birds, crocodilians, various reptiles and assorted wildlife. Part of our mission is to offer wildlife education to the public. We accomplish this in several fun experiences! Join us for one (or more) of the following tour options! Private Guided Tours: our tours offer visitors individual history and care information about our animals and how they came to be permanent residents at our facility. Educational Wildlife Programs: providing programs for school children, civic groups, boys and girls clubs, tour groups and family functions/events. Community & Corporate Educational Presentations: providing educational displays/presentations for corporate events, conventions, tradeshows, and community events.
“Zoo” To You Program: Specifically designed for schools, libraries, scouts & clubs! This program brings a variety of animals to your organization (usually 5-6), for an interactive educational show that will be sure to entertain. Shows are tailored to the age of the audience, making it easy to understand. We combine education with fun! We have two teams of animal ambassadors that were specifically chosen & trained for outreach programs! The shows typically last 45minutes to 1 hour. Part of our mission is to offer wildlife education to the public. We also host parties and field trips at our sanctuary, or we can bring some of our smaller animals to you. Our appearances range from school presentations and children’s parties to community and corporate events.
