Edible Education Experience

Edible Education Experience at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Kitchen House & Culinary Garden. We offer educational programs, volunteer opportunities, and more! Our work builds strong community and family connections in the garden and at the table. We aim to empower students and their communities through seed-to-table experiences. Working with teachers & leaders for K-12 schools, universities, homeschool groups, and youth organizations (such as after school sports teams, Boys and Girls Club, Scouts), we design a hands-on field trip that integrates with your curriculum and goals. Additionally, we often provide educational guidance that can be incorporated into the classroom before and after the field trip.
