Our kids clubs offer a supportive and inclusive environment for children (ages 4–11) to develop essential well-being skills, build resilience, and foster meaningful connections. Through evidence-based techniques and a neurodivergent-affirming approach, we empower participants to improve the three pillars of their psychological flexibility.
Our group parent coaching programs offer parents the knowledge and skills to effectively use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques in their personal lives and homes—specifically in regards to parenting their unique child(ren).
Through these programs, parents learn how to support both themselves and their child(ren) in the day-to-day that makes up their lives. Kids' emotions and behavior do not happen in isolation—for the best outcomes, parents need to cultivate the same skills their kids are learning in their groups in order to foster the most productive growth in psychological flexibility for the whole family.
