City of Apopka's Youth Council

The Apopka Youth Council (AYC) is comprised of civic-minded youth that have expressed an interest in local government. Members will learn about local government, identify ways to improve Apopka for its youth, recommend and/or create activities that will appeal to Apopka youth, and participate in community events. This group is educated on City operations and perform service projects throughout the year.
