Business Enterprise Academy

Business Enterprise Academy is an interactive, educational program created to mentor youth on career preparation and leadership through curriculum that helps build strong character and financial literacy. Our enrichment programs are more than just learning—they’re about inspiring students to dream bigger, think smarter, and grow stronger as future leaders.

Each meeting includes a featured character trait (such as perseverance, integrity, or teamwork), and students also take part in career exploration activities where they research real jobs, present findings, and sometimes even re-enact or simulate the role. We also incorporate growth mindset practices that help students embrace challenges, learn from mistakes, and build resilience.

​One of our most popular additions is our Entrepreneurship module, where students create their own business ideas and pitch them in a fun, “Shark Tank”-style format. This activity boosts creativity, critical thinking, public speaking, and financial planning—all while giving students a taste of what it means to turn an idea into a real opportunity.
