Town of Windermere Facility Rentals

One of the perks of living in Windermere is the wide variety of beautiful parks located within our two square miles. Whether you are looking for a place to let your kids play, a shady spot to have a picnic or barbeque, enjoy outdoor activities such as volleyball, tennis, or frisbee golf, a place to launch your boat onto Lake Bessie or onto Lake Butler and the Chain of Lakes, or a looking for a total body workout, Windermere has you covered.

The Town of Windermere does not rent out parks. We do, however, rent out two pavilions at the Windermere Recreation Center as well as Historic Town Hall. Town parks are designed for the enjoyment of residents and visitors. We will not approve rentals for business operations, events where transactions will take place, or events that will detract from the general public’s enjoyment of the parks. If you are interested in renting either of the pavilions or historic Windermere Town Hall, please complete the form online. Pavilions are also available for use without a fee on a first come/first served basis. The pavilion at Central Park is not available to rent.
