UCP empowers children with & without disabilities to achieve their potential through individualized support, education, & therapy in an inclusive environment. UCP uses a variety of service delivery models to help students and patients unlock their potential, including: individual, group, consultation, in-classroom, and out-of-classroom sessions. Our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists provide personalized activities that optimize each child’s potential according to their individual abilities.
Many of the children who come to UCP of Central Florida begin therapy unable to ambulate, speak, dress, or even feed themselves. After a lot of hard work, and with the guidance of their therapists, many children are able to master these tasks and more. UCP’s Therapy program is geared toward children with varying disabilities and delays including, but not limited to: Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Down syndrome, genetic conditions, speech and language delays, and developmental delays. UCP therapy providers closely collaborate with our education team, physicians, and other professionals to provide each child with a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach where families are an essential part of the team!
UCP of Central Florida is proud to serve seven Central Florida communities across eight campuses in Osceola, Orange and Seminole counties. Each of our schools has its own unique campus culture, but they all share UCP’s unique set of support, education and therapy services.
