Rainbow Kids PPEC

We are a prescribed pediatric extended care facility operated by two registered nurses with more than 10 years of experience working with the pediatric population. We provide daytime medical care to children with complex medical needs, transportation and therapy services. Children from the ages of 0-21 are cared by our team of skilled pediatric professionals. All covered by Medicaid.

Our purpose is to support the entire family not just the patient because our experience has taught us the importance of communication and collaboration amongst all individuals involved in the care of the child. Therefore, we will provide care management for families to have one place where all individuals caring for the child come together, we will work with PCP, pharmacies, specialists, therapists, providers, DME companies and parents to create one team supporting the needs of the family to achieve the child’s goals.
