If you’re uninsured, you’ve found a special place for health care! Clínica Mi Salud is your medical home for primary care. Your physical and mental health is of upmost importance. At Clínica Mi Salud, we commit to being your first and best contact for health services. The continuity of care provided by Clínica Mi Salud addresses acute and chronic care. As a result of working diligently in the Central Florida community for more than 18 years, the organization also provides: housing counseling, emergency relief services, STEM education opportunities, access to a 10-person computer lab, and mental health services, specializing in autism. L2‘s mission is to guarantee the welfare of our children by helping to create a model, strong, and vibrant Hispanic community through leadership development and empowerment, education advancement, and economic community development.

In order to enroll as a patient, you must meet all three (3) of the following criteria:

• Be a resident of Florida
• Must not have healthcare insurance or be enrolled in any government program
• Fall at or below the 200% federal poverty level (proof of income required)
