The Kindred Feminine is a Central florida birth doula, herbalist, fertility awareness educator empowering central florida women and folks who menstruate from menarche to menopause. When you hire a doula and call someone into your story, you are inviting someone into one of the most transformative experiences of your life. it is an honor and a privilege to receive that invitation and to be a witness to your pregnancy and birth.

My intention as your doula is to give you the education and support you need to remember the wisdom that is already deep within you. a wisdom that calls out and says, “my body is a good body, my body and my baby know how to labor, and i have everything i need already within me to make the best choices for me and my family."
