
Lil' Me Mindfulness for Kids offers fun, engaging children's classes that combine mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. These therapist-led classes focus on helping kids identify and manage their emotions, build self-awareness, and develop healthy coping skills. Through fun and creative age-appropriate activities, games, guided meditations, and exercises, children gain tools to feel calm, confident, and empowered in their everyday lives.
We offer an 8-week program with weekly classes. Classes are designed for all children, whether experiencing big emotions or simply wanting to build emotional strength. Every child will walk away with lifelong tools to help them navigate challenges, express themselves, and thrive socially and emotionally.
