Hike or horseback ride on miles of trails through some of Florida’s unique habitats. The Pine Lily Preserve’s trail system is connected to the Hal Scott Preserve and Long Branch Trail system. The trails are well marked for your convenience. Visitors can picnic along the banks of the Long Branch a tributary to the Econlockhatchee River. No dogs or bicycles allowed. The preserve has been designated part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. The diverse wetland and upland ecosystems provide habitat for many native species. Many animals can be seen in the preserve. These animals include the gopher tortoise, woodpeckers, turkey or deer.
