Children's Safety Village of Central Florida

The Children’s Safety Village of Central Florida offers several safety programs for children ages 4-12. We utilize unique teaching concepts to provide children with a realistic approach to recognizing safety hazards found in their everyday life. “Active learning combined with multi-level experiences” is the educational philosophy that guides every aspect of our programs. Most popular programs include: Bicycle and Helmet Safety, Pedestrian Safety, Water Safety, Fire Safety and Prevention, Dangerous Person Awareness, Internet Safety, and Poison Prevention. All of our programs collate with Florida Next Generation Standards.

Programs are offered Monday- Friday, between 9:30 – 12:00. Field trip programs begin at 9:30 am, 10:00 am or 10:30 am and are one hour and a half in length (two sessions of 45 minutes each). Teachers should select two programs and group size should not exceed 60 students per field trip. Programs are subject to change without notice due to the availability of safety instructors.
