Old Sugar Mill Pancake House

The only place you can make your own breakfast right on your very own griddle! The popular Old Sugar Mill Pancake House, located in a 100-year-old replica of the 1830s sugar mill, features cook-your-own pancakes at the table and freshly made bread and cookies.

The Sugar Mill Restaurant is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays, serving until 4 p.m. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.

De Leon Springs State Park is a 625 acre park overlooking beautiful Spring Garden Run, producing 19 million gallons of water a day at 72 degrees year-round. The swimming area is accessible by stairs, ramp, and a swimmer lift.
