Teen Checking Accounts:
When a child turns 13 years old, they can open a Smart Checking account if their parent or guardian becomes a joint owner. This teen account operates as a regular Smart Checking account, so it's fee-free and comes with a debit card that helps local children, because Suncoast donates four cents to the Suncoast Credit Union Foundation every time the debit card is used.
