Susan Fronsoe started her career in the entertainment industry over 30 years ago working behind the camera as an assistant director in Orlando. She transitioned to working in front of the camera as an actor after years of training and then later moved to Los Angeles and became a Talent Manager. From 2011 to 2015, Susan was the co-owner and head of the Television and Film Department of Atlanta Models & Talent, Inc. (AMT), one of the Southeast’s top talent agencies. During that time, she worked alongside Casting Director Shay Bentley-Griffin in starting the Atlanta Coalition of Talent Agencies (ACTA). Susan later opened ActorsConsult, a consulting business for actors interested in developing a successful career in the Southeast. Susan moved back to Orlando in January, 2017 and opened 22Talent in July of that same year
