Get the latest accessibility information for guests with hearing disabilities, vision impairments, cognitive disabilities, and those using wheelchairs, prosthetics, oxygen tanks and service animals on the following tabs. Plus, you'll find information about accessibility features at Universal Orlando Resort™ hotels. At most of our attractions, the queue experience is an important part of telling the story of the overall attraction experience. All attraction queues are accessible to guests using manual wheelchairs (with the exception of Pteranodon Flyers™ in Universal's Islands of Adventure™—see an Attractions Attendant for assistance). There are specific boarding requirements and accommodations for those using wheelchairs at each attraction. If you’re capable of transferring to the ride vehicle seat either by yourself or with the assistance of someone in your party, you may transfer. To see a list of requirements and accommodations for all attractions, please speak with an attendant or see the Universal Orlando Resort Guide for Rider Safety and Accessibility.
