Steps Learning Microschool offers a non-traditional school setting specifically designed for children with ASD, Trichotomy 21, or any Developmental or Learning Disabilities or Delays. Our curriculum focuses on Basic Living Skills and School Skills. We also work on Community Living Skills and other skillsets needed for our students to lead the most independent adult life possible. Our 6:2 classroom setting allows each student to receive the supports and supervision needed to ensure the most positive learning experience possible. Our learning days are structured to include sensory learning activities, music, art, dance, outdoor learning experiences, community living skills, social-emotional learning, hands-on instruction, walking field trips, independent living skills, motor skills development, and verbal or non-verbal communication practice.
We offer Homeschool Supports, After School Care, Parent Consultations, Tutoring & more for students in grades K-5th (4- 12 years old) with Unique Abilities.
