Avalon Park Foundation Grants & Scholarships

The Avalon Park Foundation in Orlando is dedicated to encourage friends and neighbors to take part in positively influencing our community through service. This Scholarship is dedicated to Mary Grace Foley who was a student at Timber Creek High School. has two scholarship programs for students: The Grace Foley Scholarship (for Timber Creek students) and Avalon Park Foundation Ed Lynt!

They also have Legacy Award Grants in three areas: (1) “The Avalon Park Foundation Non-Profit Organization Grant” - A formal, annual, competitive grant process for non-profit organizations for funds distribution, once each fiscal year, with grants ranging within the allocated budgeted funds. (2) “The Community Outreach Grant” - A petitioned grant by Avalon Park Residents requesting for funds for specific “crisis or immediate” needs addressing issues related to the Mission Statement. (3) “The Board of Directors Special Gift” - An Administrative Funding process, whereas a majority of the Board votes in the affirmative to distribute a smaller-valued gift for specific projects or causes related to the Avalon Park Foundation Mission.
