UKnight Training Center Batting Cages

UKnight offers indoor baseball and softball training for teams, individual athletes, and members of the public through Muscle Flex ATS. Hitting and Fielding programs are available for all levels of players and cages are fully outfitted with an array of training aids to improve your game. Personal bats, helmets, and protective equipment are required.
