Platinum Primary Care aims to deliver personalized, exemplary medical care by Dr. Asha Tota-Maharaj, an experienced board-certified internist, whose bedside manner and interpersonal skills puts patients at ease every time. In service of this mission, Platinum Primary Care has invested in a state-of-the-art electronic medical record service which is primed for telehealth visits, all in an effort to bring the convenience of high-quality medical care closer to home. Dr Tota-Maharaj has a passion for teaching and academia, and previously served as assistant clinical professor of medicine at the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine, Quinnipiac University in North Haven, Connecticut, and as a clinical instructor in Primary Care at the Yale School of Medicine, New Haven, Connecticut. She has won numerous awards for academic excellence in primary care medicine and patient safety.
