Tainas Volleyball Club

You cannot teach height but we can teach players to achieve their goals. One of our core programs is the development of youth volleyball with our Mini-Tainas program, from ages 5-8. The program supports the development and love of the game with fun activities and exercises to improve coordination, balance, reaction, rhythm, and motor skills.
