Central Florida Gliders

The Central Florida Gliders is a youth track & field, and cross country club serving boys and girls in Orange Counties, and throughout the state of Florida. Founded in 1989 by Craig Wise, the Gliders and Gliders’ alumni have achieved success in local, state, national, and international competition. Our goal is to motivate the athlete to aspire to achieve leadership, discipline and integrity through the sport of track and field and cross country. All our coaches are Level I or Level II certified and coach all the events in track & field as well as cross country. However, we especially specialize in the hurdles, jumps, distance and multi-events.

Three Programs
- Track & Field (age 9 & up)
- Cross Country Training (age 9 & up)
- Elite Training (high school) for the very serious athlete
