OTTER Literacy Program

OTTER: Older Teachers Teaching Early Readers is a free program for PreK-3rd grade children in Orange County. Trained in early literacy best practices, OTTER volunteers facilitate interactive read alouds and discussions to help children build vocabulary, reading comprehension, and art appreciation. Reading sessions are booked by parents for 30mins 1-3 times a week. Sign your child up for FREE weekly sessions to develop imagination, curiosity, wonder, reading comprehension skills, increase vocabulary, thinking strategies, listening skills, and most importantly a love for reading!
