Health and Safety

Our education department will continue to follow recommendations from the CDC, local government authorities and the American Camp Association. Here are some of our added safety precautions:

  • Curbside drop off and pickup are available so that parents do not have to enter the building.
  • Enhanced deep-cleaning regimen of touchable surfaces by OMA staff in addition to a contracted cleaning service.
  • OMA has GPS needlepoint bipolar ionization technology that actively kills/neutralizes viruses, mold, odor, allergens, etc. inside the facility.

Early Drop Off/Late Pick Up

Early drop off is available from 8-9 a.m. for $30 per week, per child. Late pickup is available from 4-5:15 p.m. for $30 per week, per child (an additional $1 per minute charge will be incurred for pickup later than 5:15 p.m.). Payment for the entire week is required; no pro-rating available.

Refunds

All refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund, less a $25 handling fee, will be made if written notice is provided prior to two weeks before the first day of the class session. No refunds are available for unused days of a session, nor will they be made within the two weeks before the first day of the session. No exceptions.

Changes to a Registration

Changes to a registration, such as transferring to a different week than originally selected, incurs a $25 handling fee and is based on class availability.

Registration

Registrations are accepted on a space-available basis prior to the first day of class. We reserve the right to cancel any session that does not meet the minimum enrollment. Full payment is required before your child’s registration will be processed (we cannot hold a space for your child until we receive full payment). We process registrations as they are received. You will be notified if the sessions you requested are full. Once you submit a registration, an email confirmation will be sent to verify your child’s enrollment. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of your submission, please contact us at (407) 896-4231, ext.262, or email education@omart.org.
