 nd fun—at each child’s own pace. Through gentle gymnastics skills, obstacle
  courses, balance activities, and playful movement, children will build str
 ength, coordination, and body awareness in a calm, structured environment. 
 This class features flexible participation, so every child can engage in a 
 way that feels comfortable to them.<br /><br />We keep class sizes small, r
 educe loud noises and bright lighting when possible, and offer sensory brea
 ks and adaptations as needed. Our goal is to help children feel safe, succe
 ssful, and proud of their accomplishments while encouraging social interact
