 s class focuses on movement, confidence, and fun—at each child’s own pace. 
 Through gentle gymnastics skills, obstacle courses, balance activities, and
  playful movement, children will build strength, coordination, and body awa
 reness in a calm, structured environment. This class features flexible part
 icipation, so every child can engage in a way that feels comfortable to the
 m.\n\nWe keep class sizes small, reduce loud noises and bright lighting whe
 n possible, and offer sensory breaks and adaptations as needed. Our goal is
  to help children feel safe, successful, and proud of their accomplishments
  while encouraging social interaction, self-regulation, and joyful movement
 . This class is perfect for children who benefit from extra support, patien
 ce, and understanding—because every child deserves a place to move, grow, a
