  especially for children of all abilities, including those with sensory sen
 sitivities and special needs. This class focuses on movement, confidence, a
 nd fun—at each child’s own pace. Through gentle gymnastics skills, obstacle
  courses, balance activities, and playful movement, children will build str
 ength, coordination, and body awareness in a calm, structured environment. 
 This class features flexible participation, so every child can engage in a 
 way that feels comfortable to them.\n\nWe keep class sizes small, reduce lo
 ud noises and bright lighting when possible, and offer sensory breaks and a
 daptations as needed. Our goal is to help children feel safe, successful, a
 nd proud of their accomplishments while encouraging social interaction, sel
 f-regulation, and joyful movement. This class is perfect for children who b
 enefit from extra support, patience, and understanding—because every child
