DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:The UCF Concert Band’s “Out of This World” concert offers an inclusive, sen
 sory-friendly experience for all, including the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and 
 neurodivergent communities. Lasts 50 minutes, no intermission. This is a yo
 ung person’s concert to provide a safe and welcoming place for people who a
 re looking for ways to access live music that may not normally be able to d
 o so. We will offer support for members of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing com
 munities, persons on the autism spectrum, persons with cognitive disabiliti
 es, family members, as well as the Central Florida Community at large. The 
 University of Central Florida Concert Band will provide an entertaining pro
 gram taking the audience into outer space, as music education students serv
 e as guides to the musical experience. The musicians and staff understand t
 hat people may need to get up, move about, or leave during the performance.
  Balloons, visual representations, and opportunities to move will be provid
 ed to support the enjoyment of music. Patrons are encouraged to bring heari
 ng protection, fidget toys, manipulatives, cushions, and support objects to
  the concert. This program is open to any and all members of the community 
 to experience and enjoy.
