Prenatal yoga will reduce common aches and pains of pregnancy, you'll learn skills that empower you to have a calm birth experience, and connect with the community to learn resources! A gentle and empowering class designed to support expecting mothers through breath, movement, and mindfulness. Prenatal yoga helps ease pregnancy discomforts, build strength for labor, and create space for connection with baby and self. All trimesters and experience levels welcome.
