1UP Martial Arts Confidence Building Worlshop

Whether your child has faced bullying, struggles to speak up, or just needs a confidence boost in social situations, this one-hour workshop is designed to equip them with practical tools for real-world challenges. Through interactive role-play, physical movement, and age-appropriate self-defense basics, kids will learn: How to set strong verbal boundaries, What to do if they see bullying happening, How to stay calm and assertive under pressure, The power of posture, eye contact, and presence.
Open to kids ages 6–14. Limited spots available.
