Global Family Welcome Center Free Immunization Events

The Global Family Welcome Center is hosting Free Immunization Events for school-aged kids up to 18 years old. Know Before You Go: No Cost, Appointments are required. Bring the child's recent immunization records (records from other countries or states are considered valid). Bring any of the following IDs for parent/guardian and children (ID cannot be expired): Birth Certificate, Driver's License, State ID, Passport, or Military ID. Parent/guardian with a valid ID must accompany their child (non-related adults accompanied 17 years old and younger must present a notarized letter signed by a parent/guardian).
