City of Orlando's Storytime in the Park

Nestled under the cool shade of our trees, right next to the playground, we’ll embark on a journey through enchanting tales that will tickle your funny bone, spark your curiosity, and transport you to magical worlds. Whether you’re ready to laugh, learn, or let your imagination run wild, this storytelling event is perfect for adventurers of all ages. Grab a seat and get ready for a story time that will leave you smiling long after the last word!

Bill Frederick Park covers 183 acres of land alongside Turkey Lake, one of the top-five rated fishing lakes in the state of Florida. Whether you want to bring your bike to explore the park trails, spend the afternoon fishing, or experience all the Children’s Farm, playground and Nature Connect Trail have to offer, you won’t have a problem finding things to do. Bill Frederick Park is home to premier disc golf courses and boasts one of the top-five fishing lakes in the state of Florida. The park is designed for nature lovers and provides families, organizations and community groups with several recreational activities and scenic views.
