We start everyday with a 45 minute child appropriate (and kid approved) yoga practice. During yoga, kids learn the basics of mindful meditation, emotional self-regulation, and breathwork while having fun moving to music and creating shapes with their bodies! After snack time, we move on to Art! We will create approximately 2 art projects each day and on Fridays, it's always slime day! This super-fun camp focuses on process, rather than product.
