Orlando Pottery Studio

Established in 1968, The Pottery Studio has evolved into one of the finest pottery studios in Central Florida. The studio provides a safe and relaxing atmosphere where individuals explore, invent, learn and create at their own pace. We provide: 12 electric pottery wheels, A slab roller, A spray booth and an extruder, Four electric kilns, Two gas kilns (Cone10 oxidation, reduction and low-fire Raku capabilities), Clay and tools for purchase. There are no walk-ins. Studio time is by reservation only. The Pottery Studio can host private workshops for groups and parties. Would your like your school children to participate in a fun pottery activity? In the Kids Clay Workshop, school children are guided in the construction of a sculpture and then given a rainbow of under glazes to finish their masterpieces. A full hand built clay project will be completed in the course of one visit. Student’s artwork will be fired in our kilns and can be picked up approximately two weeks after creating it. Classes are available for ages 5-9, 10-14 and 15-17. The cost is $10 per student.
