TNXL Academy

TNXL is a recruitment academy for prospective players that offers balanced, baseball-specific training tailored for elite-level players. Now in its eighth year, the academy has grown from a modest team of 14 to a robust group of 85 hard-working individuals. The vision of TNXL is to continue advancing in both the mental and physical facets of baseball, equipping these young men for future challenges in the game and beyond.

A TNXL athlete’s daily regimen involves four and a half hours of specialized training tailored to their position. Each day is meticulously structured to optimize opportunities for improvement and understanding in all facets of baseball, from appropriate warming-up and stretching practices to simulated in-game situations. TNXL harnesses the power of FlightScope technology to monitor the on-field performance metrics of our athletes. This includes tracking pitch speed, spin rate, and location for pitchers, as well as exit velocity, launch angle, and distance for hitters. The strength and conditioning segment of our athletes’ daily routine, led by Competitor Performance Academy, is crucial and is customized to meet the unique requirements of each individual. When it comes to speed and endurance, we are privileged to have industry-leading experts on our team. Our athletes undergo tests six times annually to monitor progress in distinct areas. These results are invaluable in shaping the future training protocols for each athlete. Training sessions for TNXL players occur from Monday to Thursday, with Friday as an optional day for individual practice.
