Come de-stress with your kids (ages 3 and up) and enjoy an hour-long yoga class that includes fun games, music, and stories. Doing yoga as a family promotes health and well-being, and provides tools to use back at home to relax, manage stress and emotions, and be more focused on the present moment.
Yoga mats will be available or participants are welcome to bring their own. Come for one or come for all! All classes are taught by certified kids yoga teacher Amanda Schofield.
