Winter Park Yoga's Kids Yoga Class

Parents and children 3-12 can join us on the mat every Monday 430-515pm or Fridays 415-5pm! Our Kids Yoga Class, where young minds embark on a playful journey of movement and mindfulness, introduces yoga poses through creative storytelling, games, and music, fostering a healthy balance of flexibility, focus, and fun. Children will discover the magic of breathing exercises, enhancing both physical and emotional well-being. Come stretch, giggle, and unwind with us!
Parents can stay and play, stay and watch, or drop off. Drop in fee $20 and includes both child and adult participation.
