B3 Kids Bootcamp

Kids Boot Camp for ages 3-9yrs happens every Saturday at 1015am. Get those kiddos moving! We are a family oriented gym that believes exercise can start young and classes have games, exercises, and stretches our B3 kids look forward every week. Building a strong foundation at a young age not only offers life long health benefits but also immediate results as well. Exercise not only supports their physical well-being but their mental health as well with better sleep, healthy habits, improves behavior, and fights disease. (Regular classes are for ages 14+ and the first class free)
