The Windermere Recreation Center, also known as Butler Bay, is located at 11465 Park Avenue.

  • Open air, rentable** pavilions (x2)

  • Tennis courts (x3), secured, lighted, and resident-only*

Rentals

In addition to being available, free of charge, on a first-come/first-served basis, both Pavilions at the Windermere Recreation Center (“Rollie Rae Allen” and “Island”) are also available for rent. Please note, we need a minimum of 14 days to process rental requests.

*Deposit is refundable assuming the renter adheres to the rental agreement.
**Resident is defined as living within the 2.2 square miles of incorporated Windermere.
***Non-Resident is defined as living outside of the 2.2 square miles of incorporated Windermere. Most of 34786 zip code/most “Windermere” addresses are actually non-residents. Town staff can confirm whether an address is incorporated or unincorporated if needed.
