An epic pottery adventure where creativity and nature have no limits!

THEMES & DATES
Farm to Table | May 28 – 31 (4 day week)
Creatively explore life on a farm through painting and sculpting plus make items you can use on your table at home such as a corn butter plate.

If You Have Wings | June 3 – 7
Ever imagine you can fly like a Pegasus! Come and create clay sculptures of winged creatures such as a bat plus paint canvases of dragons and more.

Under the Sea | June 10 – 14
From dolphins to submarines, join us for a fun week of creating clay sculptures and painting canvases of scuba divers and creatures that are swimming under the sea.

Travel the World | June 17 – 21
Grand adventures beckon! Creatively explore different countries’ icons and animals by building clay sculptures and painting canvases.

A Baker’s Dream | June 24 – 28
Do you dream of cookies and cupcakes? Join us for a fun week creating sculptures and paintings for a baker and their shop.

Feeling Sporty | July 8 – 12
From racing cars to basketball, celebrate your passion for sports by making sport inspired clay sculptures and canvas paintings.

Blooming with Love | July 15 – 19
Experience a week of creating adorable sculptures and canvas paintings such as a love bug, heart wreath and love birds.

A Blast from the Past | July 22 – 26
Learn about and create fun items from the past such as a Boom Box, 50’s Diner and more by building clay sculptures and painting canvases.

Hot Days of Summer | July 29 – August 2
Create clay sculptures and paintings of surfing, sunglasses and other icons that shimmer on the hot days of summer.

Let’s Get Jazzy | August 5 – 9
Come and create bright, colorful and showy sculptures and canvases with us that celebrate Jazz music.

9 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day for rising 1st through 6th grade participants

Members – $315/week | Non-Members – $350/week

ABOUT
Super Awesome Cool Pottery Camp @ Leu Gardens presents a garden inspired Clay and Canvas Camp. Each day we will explore the gardens and its inhabitants with our unique artistic creations. You will learn how to spin a bowl on the potter’s wheel, sculpt with clay and paint on canvas. Let beautiful Harry P. Leu Gardens be your child’s inspiration to create their own unique works of art.

DETAILS
What’s Included with Tuition: Daily instructional workshops with qualified teachers, Before and after care if needed, a camp t-shirt, and all supplies and materials.

What To Bring: Lunch, two snacks, water, labeled water bottle, hat, and sunscreen.

What To Wear: Camp clothes that can get a little messy and closed-toe shoes.

What To Know: Camp tuition is non-refundable. Campers are placed into classes based on grade level. Drop off allowed no earlier than 8 a.m. and pick up allowed no later than 6 p.m.

FAQ
Why are camps broken down by grade level?
Our camp is design to provide our campers with a fun, safe and developmentally appropriate learning experience. To provide the best experience for our campers, please register based on the grade level your child will be entering in the fall of 2024.

Will my child be inside or outside?
Both! Campers should be ready to explore the garden but will be completing many art activities indoors.

Is before and after care included in the cost?
Yes, starting no earlier than 8 a.m. and pick-up no later than 6 p.m. A fee of $2 is charged per camper/per minute after 6 p.m.
